Quality technical audits:

The Quality technical audits will require the business to create an environment in which both management and employees strive for perfection.

The audit will be performed on actual ongoing progress from a technical approach in projects on the following 3 points-

Finding: actual Non-conformance
Risk to the Client: on the specific Non-conformance.
Solution: how to rectify this Non-conformance.
The audits reports will also provide the Clients with monthly updates on Quality assurance on the project.

Consulting on Project:

Consulting: working with clients on strategy, planning and problem-solving techniques, and helps clients streamline on-site solutions and progress.
This will also include consulting on projects, finding a better way to meet deadlines and to improve on the Quality.
Solutions on installation concerns, obstacles and engineering difficulties on projects.

The aim is to solve problems for the Client on projects.

A project survey will focus on survey objectives, map the entire implementation and prepare for data analysis.
